Welcome to Oz Rider Warehouse (ABN: 70 691 639 737). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any motorcycle parts or equipment from our online store. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website is operated by Oz Rider Warehouse . Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Oz Rider Warehouse. Our registered office and distribution warehouse is located at Suite 1 Factory 4, 2 Olive Grove Ringwood 3134, Australia. Please note that this location is a private warehouse and no public access or showroom is available.

2. Eligibility & Use

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to motor vehicle safety and compliance laws).

3. Products & Pricing

Accuracy: We strive to provide the most accurate technical specifications for all motorcycle parts and protective gear. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
Inventory: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping practices are governed by our [Shipping Policy]. We provide standard shipping ($18.50), express shipping ($25.00), and free standard shipping for orders over $150.00. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and exchanges are governed by our [Returns & Exchanges Policy] in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. For sizing swaps on riding gear, items must be in "as new" condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

This includes the improper installation of motorcycle parts. We strongly recommend all technical components be installed by a licensed motorcycle mechanic.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
