Shipping Policy

At Oz Rider Warehouse, we focus on getting your gear packed and out the door as fast as possible. All orders are dispatched from our distribution warehouse in Ringwood, VIC.

1. Dispatch Time (Handling)
We strive to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be processed the following business day.
You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order is collected by our courier.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times
While we control how fast your order is packed, the following transit times are estimates provided by our courier partners and begin once the item leaves our warehouse.
Standard Shipping: $18.50 (Estimated 2 – 8 Business Days)
Express Shipping: $25.00 (Estimated 1 – 3 Business Days)
Free Shipping: FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $150.00.
Note: Delivery to WA, NT, and regional areas may take longer. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are outside of our direct control.

3. Distribution Warehouse (No Public Access)
To maintain our fast dispatch speeds, our Ringwood location functions strictly as a distribution and administrative hub.
No public access or local pickups are available at this location.
All orders must be placed online for delivery via our courier network.

4. Tracking Your Order
Every order includes end-to-end tracking. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please check your tracking link first, or contact us at info@ozriderwarehouse.com

Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at info@ozriderwarehouse.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
