Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Sizing & Fitment

How do I know which size to choose for junior riders? Junior gear is sized based on a combination of age, height, and chest/waist measurements. We recommend measuring the rider with their base layers on. If they are at the top end of a size bracket, we generally suggest moving up one size to allow for growth and the use of body armour underneath.

What is the difference between "Adventure" and "Motocross" fit? Adventure (ADV) gear is typically designed with a more relaxed fit to accommodate layering for long-distance touring and variable weather. Motocross (MX) gear is designed to be more "athletic" and snug to ensure protective padding stays in place during high-intensity movement.

Can I exchange an item if the size isn't right? Yes! We offer a 30-day exchange window for all gear. As long as the item is in "as new" condition with all tags and original packaging intact, we can swap it for a different size. Please note that as a distribution warehouse, all exchanges must be processed via post as there is no public access for in-person swaps.

Technical & Safety

Does the protective gear meet Australian standards? Yes, we only stock brands and equipment that meet or exceed relevant safety certifications (such as CE or ECE ratings for helmets and armour). Technical safety specs are listed on each individual product page.

What should I do if a part doesn't fit my motorcycle? If you have purchased a technical part that isn't fitting as expected, please contact info@ozriderwarehouse.com  with your bike's make, model, and year. We recommend that all technical components be installed by a licensed motorcycle mechanic to ensure safety and warranty compliance.
