Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Oz Rider Warehouse , we want to ensure you and your junior riders have the perfect fit for every adventure. We understand that sizing for technical motorcycle gear can be tricky, so we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. 30-Day Fitment Guarantee
You may return or exchange most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Whether the sizing isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we are here to help.

Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in "as new" condition:

Unworn and unused (you are welcome to try gear on for fitment indoors).

All original tags, labels, and stickers must be attached.

Original packaging must be undamaged (please do not tape or stick labels directly onto helmet or boot boxes).

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used on a ride, or items marked as "Final Sale" (except where required by Australian Consumer Law).
2. How to Process a Return or Exchange
Since our Ringwood location is a distribution warehouse with no public access, all returns must be processed via post:

Contact Us: Email info@ozriderwarehouse.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: We will provide you with a Return Authorisation and the specific warehouse delivery instructions.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or sizing exchanges. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing: Once received and inspected, we typically process refunds or ship out your exchange within 2–3 business days.
3. Sizing Exchanges (Adult & Junior Gear)
If you need a different size in the same style:

Contact us to confirm the new size is in stock.

Once we receive your original item back in "as new" condition, we will process the exchange.

Note: Standard shipping rates apply for sending the replacement item back out to you.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description:

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

In these cases, Oz Rider Warehouse will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately so we can provide a pre-paid shipping label.
